The 2004–05 Charlotte Bobcats season was the inaugural season for the Charlotte Bobcats in the National Basketball Association (NBA).[1] The NBA returned to Charlotte for the first time since 2002 when the Charlotte Hornets relocated to New Orleans to become the New Orleans Hornets.[2]
